FAQ's

How long will it take to receive my order? 
How exciting is it knowing that you’ve got a parcel of gorgeous goodies on their way? We totally understand you are eager to get your hands on your new jewellery, which is why we aim to post all orders on the same day if the order is placed by 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be posted the following business day.

You can expect your order to arrive within 1-4 business days via our standard flat fee of $9.50 postage. Please visit our Shipping and Returns page for more details. 

Do you ship outside of Australia? 
Yes! We now offer International shipping with a flat rate of $35.00 AUD to all countries. FREE shipping on international orders over $200 AUD. All shipped orders are tracked and require signature on delivery. 

Can I return my item? 
We offer a 14 day (domestic) and 21 day (international) exchange or credit on our items (excluding sale). All pieces must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags/labels on and in their original packaging. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for further details. 

What is your jewellery made from? 
My Little Silver pieces are crafted from the finest quality .925 highly durable sterling silver and our yellow and rose gold pieces are heavily plated with a minimum of 2 microns of 18 karat gold over solid sterling silver. All our pieces are hand-finished. 

Can I swim or shower while wearing my jewellery? 
We want your jewellery to remain looking spectacular for as long as possible. Jewellery should be removed prior to swimming or showering to protect the longevity and appearance of your piece. For more details, refer to our JEWELLERY CARE page. 

Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery? 
We know that kids will be kids, and we love watching our children play and develop – even if that means things get a little rough sometimes! This is why we have strenuously quality tested our pieces and offer a 12 month warranty on our jewellery upon proof of purchase.

Please note that our warranty covers manufacturer faults and defects and not general wear and tear. Please see our JEWELLERY CARE page for further details. 

Can I purchase a gift card? 
YES! We offer gift cards for any amount upward of $20. Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase – although we doubt the lucky recipient would hold onto it that long! 

Do you do gift wrapping? 
At this point we do not offer gift wrapping, but any order over $49 receives a complimentary gift box. Every piece comes with our beautiful pink and silver jewellery pouch, which cleverly doubles as your polishing cloth. Our minimum packaging policy has been developed with sustainability, and minimising our environmental footprint in mind. You will not want to let go of our stunning boxes! 

Do you have a physical store or stockists?

Do you make custom pieces of jewellery? 
While we do not create custom designs at this time, we are more than happy to assist you with putting together a gift for someone special, be it a birthday, holiday, or a special milestone! Please email us at hello@mylittlesilver.net with your request and we will help curate the perfect gift for the special girl in your life! 

How do I provide feedback?
